This quarter’s post features images from two short-term rental photo shoots for Evolve Vacation Rentals. These shoots offered unique, time-saving advantages: each property consisted of a set of four identical, brand-new beach houses in vibrant colors, with each set sharing a common front entrance area. This layout allowed me to photograph both sets simultaneously using the same shot compositions.
Evolve Vacation Rentals’ photography style guide emphasizes diagonal angles and encourages capturing images from deep within corners to maximize space and perspective. We began working with Evolve at the start of 2025 and have been pleased with the assignments so far—they’re close to home and require no post-processing.
